The sales associate that did my purchase was fine. But when I first was there ther was 3 associates helping 1 customer because she was spending a lot more money then me. They were all helping that one customer

Some of the merchandise that I wanted was discontinued when they should have not been and some merchandise was not available.

I constantly asked about other charms I was interested in and I was only told to go look at the catalogue that was "over there" and look for what I wanted so that she could give me prices. I ended up buying only one charm because I dind't felt they were interested in selling me more.

I went to the Disney springs location. I felt that the store was a bit small. Due to the traffic in the store I had difficulty viewing the merchandise and had to wait to be helped.

During my transaction the Pandora employee staring speaking in Spanish to another employee. At my place of employment this is considered rude. We also don't speak to another coworker in English in front of a non English speaking guest--unless it's a life threating situation. We have to get our interpreter. Hoping I don't recall this situation every time I wear my charm. Left the store disappointed in customer service.

We stood there for probably 15mins as associates passed us by to help other customers. When this customers turned them down they still didn't come to us. We had to ask for someone to help us. If I had not wanted the ring we bought we would have walked out.

The sales associate had to ask for assistance with almost everything. was not very willing to let me put my hands on anything i asked to look at. question was do you want that, and i would have to say again- i would like to look at it without looking at it thru the conter.

It is extremely hard to shop the different charms/beads when everything is in the case and you have to ask for specifics before being shown anything. My friend was just starting her bracelet and the associate didn’t pull out anything to show her. We asked for specifics and Pandora didn’t make them so she didn’t try to show alternatives.
