Limited Stock. No sales assistants available to help. When I finally got hold of a sales rep, she seemed annoyed and agitated with helping me.

The sales associate was not familiar with the sale and told me I had to purchase two items to get 30% off an item, when the all the signs clearly stated “buy 1 get 30% off, buy 2 get...etc.” Lack of knowledge = pontential lost sales. When I read the sign out to her, so still insisted I was incorrect but was “willing” to give me the discount.

Language barrier with associate

This location is in Disney's Springs/ Florida they did not accept the Disney's Visa 10% off using the Disney's Visa Credit Card with your purchase over $50.00. Would have made the purchase at a other Pandora Retailor in Disney Springs or Walt Disney World Park that accepted this offer.

I went to 2 stores and I could not get the mickey purse although I bought the 90 Mickey charm. they should put me in a list and then call me back when is in stock again

The sales associate was a little standoffish, and I got the distinct impression she thought she was better than me. A few days earlier, I had talked to another associate at the same store who was very sweet and welcoming. I definitely have a preference as to who I would want to deal with the next time I'm at that store.

ASSISTANTS WERE GROUPED TOGETHER TALKING AND NOT AWARE OF CUSTOMERS. I FELT THAT THE SALES ASSISTANT ASSUMED THE MERCHANDISE WOULD SELL ITSELF WITH LITTLE EFFORT FROM HERSELF. APPEARED TO DEVELOP AN ATTITUDE WHEN I ONLY WANTED TO PURCHASE FURTHER ITEMS.

Seemed in a hurry to get me in and out

I shopped at Disney Springs whilst on holiday and bought a gift for my partner who was with me and treated myself. We chose to wear the bracelets. However I later realised I was not given the gift/ star age box/pouches for the items for safe keeping. As I was on holiday I was not able to return to the store so now do not have a way of storage for them.
