Please contact me 770-547-1013. When we walked in , the girl at the door asked if we were looking for anything pacific not specific We are looking for a necklace, she then spoke with a associate and the associate said do you need help? She did not come over to us ,and didn’t introduce herself, instead we had to go to her and I asked her name and told her ours. There were only 2 necklaces on display (not even your newest necklace) she showed us a book with pictures and bar codes. She said all the necklaces were is the back, and she would get the one we chose. After requesting to see 4 or 5 necklaces one at a time, this took a lot of time ,and it seemed that she had to search for them. We did purchase the circle necklace that spun around inside. A very disappointing purchase especially for my girlfriend, it was her birthday

Sales assistant not as enthusiastic as previous visits. Daughter was excited to be purchasing her first bracelet but didn’t get the interaction from assistant that my other daughter did. Seemed like this assistant didn’t want to be serving us.

The previous day I saw an offer of a free bracelet with purchase over 100 dollars. I asked about this in she shop but the were quite abrupt saying it's finished yesterday. I would have spent much more on charms than I did spend. I would not have baught anything if it were not for the charm I wanted was only available in disney. I would have waited till I got home.

The sales assisted seemed more interested in other customers rather than us we felt to busy looking at what other staff were doing and by engaging with us

Price on items marked up wrong. Display bracelet with charms marked at a price and staff say yes that's correct price. Go to pay and they say sorry no it's a higher price.

Could not get anyone to wait on us. After complaining we were told we were 5th on the list. We wanted the Mickey Pandora charm. It was not in stock. Was told to order online.

I was traveling from out of state. I knew what I wanted and asked for it specifically. The sales associate located the merchandise but did not allow me to inspect it before boxing it up.

Sales people there are a little rude , I didn’t really like the waythey treat us ... I’ve been a Pandora costumer for quite a while , enjoyed shopping online and at the Disney store in Disney Springs , not the same experience at the Pandora store there ... I’m local , not a tourist , so I can keep going to the Disney store for more friendly service ...
