The cashier was not interested in selling additional items or helping me look. I was interested in necklace display and she didn’t even pull it out. Also my receipt listed different charms than I purchased.

The woman who assisted my and my friend during the visit was not very helpful or enjoyable to work with. My friend was looking for a clip bead for her bracelet. My friend said she was looking for a spacer bead and the associate quickly corrected her in a not so friendly tone. She then informed my friend she was using her clip bead "wrong." My friend had just moved the clip bead to make space for the new one she was planning on buying. Neither of us appreciated the "better than thou" attitude she carried with her. She is very happy with the product she purchased but I think we would go out of our way not to work with that associate again.

The associate that served me had what seemed like dirty looking hands. Wasn't happy with her handling my purchases. When I got home I cleaned the earrings I bought and reputation them in the box. Her nails looked like they had been bitten so much

I visited the Disney Springs outlet to purchase my first charm bracelet. unfortunately, i wanted to get two but only got one due to the fact that a lot of the charms for the the second bracelet was either retired or out of stock at the store. This was very disappointed seeing that i live outside of the US.

Mostly we were terribly disappointed in the exclusive charms available only at Walt Disney World. The ones my daughters wanted were discontinued. This was their first trip to Disney as adults and they were looking forward to getting charms for their previous trips only to discover that they weren't available. We came prepared to buy multiple charms and ended up only finding one that we wanted. It negatively affected our desire to continue collecting Pandora charms.

to busy salesperson had to be told see me and was much longer than the 5 minutes was told she didn't show what was available for what I was looking for.

Store is too small for the amount of people in Disney Springs. Not enough merchandise on display. The experience felt rushed due to overcrowding.

The sales associate (Marcia) acted as though I was an inconvenience to her. I tried to engage in conversation but received no direct eye contact or a return of engagement. We were there as part of the Disney Princess half marathon and had been told we would receive a gift, yet the associate did not offer it. Had to call back and speak to manager, who offered the gift. The sales associate was in no way a good reflection of the staff I know Pandora wants.

I had a Disney annual pass which should have entitled me to a discount. The assistant looked at the pass and my ID but when I got home I realised she had not applied the discount but I didn’t have time to go back
