I choose clips for a brand new bracelet that I was purchasing. The clips were no where to be found. Multiple associates were asked to help look since no one was sure if they had any or did not. Since they were out another sales associate kept trying to convince me to purchase others even after I stated I wanted the ones that I choose.

Staff ignored me only interested when I said I wanted a charm then two associates tried to serve me, seems like they were only interested once they knew they could get a sale

It was a big dea for me to start a pandora bracelet. It has been a family tradition and the designer had no helpful ideas was not to fun. Only showed me what I asked for and I think I would have like some ideas brought to the table. I still made a large (to me) purchase but was a little disappointed of how it went compared to how I thought it would go.

I used my Disney chase Visa credit card of which I was suppose to receive 10% off every purchase in any Disney park over $50. After the transaction was completed & I brought this to her attention she acted like it would be too much trouble to fix this mistake.

The Rockettes ornament and charm bring me to tears as they remind me of my mom. I happily bought them. I jus love it. I asked the associate for park only charms and she put up a bracelet so full of charms I really couldn't enjoy them. I was encouraged to participate in the up to 45% off with purchase. Unfortunately my choices were not part of that deal. As we were putting together my choices I told her that I am a pass holder. She told me it's only 10% but they they are a corporate store and basically the one in Magic Kingdom is a 2nd rate store. I was shocked! As I was in deep I went ahead and completed the transaction regrettably.

My sales associate was explaining my merchandise to me when another associate walked up, cut off my associate mid sentence without ever saying excuse me or waiting for our conversation to be finished. When I said she was mid sentence, the other associate just looked and grinned. Never apologizeing or saying excuse me. I spent more than $500 in Pandora last week. I would expect nicer treatment.

There was a new Clark training she wasn't very friendly. She was snotty and she acted like we were bothering her. I couldn't wait to get out of the store
