Elected to receive my receipt via email but never received an email containing the receipt. Sales associate didn't seem very comfortable using the digital device during the transaction.

Had to wait for assistance for a long time and had to take them over to show them what I wanted due to them keep pullin out the wrong charms

The individual who assisted me didn’t know whether I could get a discount on the item I chosen. Then she was forcing me and rushing me to buy something else while I was trying to decide if I should buy another bracelet for the 18 charms I already have on my current bracelet. I only bought one charm and no new bracelet.

Salesclerk could not use the POS ask for assistance from another clerk who was chatting with a customer and another sales clerk!! the check out was very slow and clerk went to 2 different counters for receipt and card1 very unorganized!

The store was very busy. They took my name when I went in the door. I was told to wait at a counter for someone to come help me. I waited for approx. 45 mins and no one helped me. I was about to walk out and not purchase anything but I went to the girl at the door and told her I was still waiting and she got me help right away. I felt rushed to make a decision on my purchase because I had already made my family wait long enough.

When I entered shop it was quiet and I was looking to browse. 4 different assistants all approached me one after the other and I advised that I was just having a look. I felt quite pressurised and actually considered leaving the store.

Employee wasn’t very helpful also seemed like she was in a hurry to get me out and almost felt like she didn’t want to take her time to show me charms like if she felt because I was a Hispanic or something I wasn’t going to purchase so I was wasting her time. Which ultimately I walked out picking up charm I had ordered for pick up only I think employee must have had a bad day but needs to remember how to put that aside to offer the utmost customer service!!

Was told at the door I’d be next to receive assistance. Waited an awfully long time. Finally someone came to assist then said she’d have to check if I was next so she left. She was then sent to get a box for someone waiting outside at the door. Someone else finally assisted. I knew exactly what I wanted. One piece. Someone ELSE went to retrieve it from the cabinet and yet another person tried to cash me out but didn’t know the price so had to go exactly where the previous person had been to scan the price. It was sn exercise in inefficiency. What should have been a quick experience was incredibly long and drawn out.

The associate told me a price for clips. I asked is that for 2 of them and not per clip. She said yes. Then she rang me up for each. Very deceiving.
