Niece I was with has a problem with a ring, associate said it’s over a year can’t do anything. For price I find that unacceptable. I was told I was buying 2 items get one free. Then was offered to open a credit card which would equal $55 dollars off. I was not told that eliminated the buy two get one free I have three bracelets with tons of charms But Pandora jewelry as gifts and you may have lost a customer if I don’t hear from someone with an off of resolution.

Typically when I shop they put the meat on the bracelet at the end but she didn’t want to have to take off the beds that were already on to put the beat on so she told me she put it on the end and I can figure it out when I get home. I have never experienced that in all 10 years of being a Pandora shopper especially at Disney Springs

No one greeted me when I entered the store, and I had to find a sales associate to assist me. They seemed more bothered that I had interrupted there conversation than willing to assist me.

I went to the store to return the teardrop ring for the second time for stones falling out, I was told by the associate I'm no longer allowed to return the ring and their only doing an exchange for the second time as a courtesy. The associate manager wouldn't even come over to speak with us and then was needed for something on the ipad and continued to not make contact or acknowledge us. If the quality of the jewelry is lacking and will continue to fall apart, I would have asked for a full refund back on Dec 5th the first time I exchanged the ring for a replacement. The lack of professionalism of the manager needs to be addressed. I'm also not impressed with exchange/refund policy, I have over 6 bracelets valued at over $6,000, after tonight I'm not sure I will continue to purchase pandora if they don't stand behind their product.

This is the second time (in one month) that we have dealt with rude sales associates. They act like they r doing u a favor and do not want to be of assistance. We will not return to the Disney springs location ever again.

I visit the store with a relative and she was offered a 10% and I was not offered the discount. She was just offered the discount by sales person as courtesy not for a special offer. Wish they offered to everybody.

The inventory showed what I wanted was in stock. She said she couldn’t find the ring in the size I wanted. She asked for no help. I bought the larger size in hopes it will be okay for my granddaughter. She had me sign up so I would get a receipt. No receipt arrived and I have nothing to prove the purchase to return it.

The guarantee of your products are non existence for the price you are selling them for. Very disappointed, real silver will always be guaranteed
