Employee pressured me to apply for credit card; argued with me about product and discount; also I had a previous issue with employees from this store when I attempted to place an order by phone.

My sister and I entered this pandora already knowing we were buying two rings. She wanted the infinity stones marvel ring and I wanted a heart ring we just needed to make sure we got the right size. No one helped us. they looked at us like we wouldn’t be buying anything so they passed over us and helped someone else. Someone else actually took the rings from the case I was looking at and went and showed them to someone else. I don’t know if we looked like we wouldn’t buy anything but no one would help us and all we needed was our rings so we could check out. Someone finally asked us if we needed help but instead of helping us they told us they would send someone else over and they didn’t. There were so many employees in the store it’s not like they were all busy either. No one would approach us. I guess we weren’t dressed like pandora customers. Finally I had to walk up to someone and ask for the two rings. I couldn’t even look at the other options since someone took the case from me. Once we got the rings it’s like they couldn’t wait for us to check out and leave. I would not like to go back to that store maybe if I was dressed different I would’ve been treated differently.

The sales associate was very pushy!!!

I’m from brazil and the sales person did not make any effort to delivery us the jewerly we where interested or offered anything else.

The staff was rude outside of the store and wasnt willing to help or accommodate me until a supervisor intervened

Mother day promotion they ran out off medium and large size promotion bracelet the associate tried to help me as much as she can the manager didn’t come and see me or even give me any knowledge Or try to work with me getting something else I end up take a small promotion bracelet because I did spend $182.00 I have notice this happen often with other promotion where pandora store run out of the free gift I’m actually getting discourage buying Pandora Jewelry

We have gotten multiple items from your store and each time we were told it’s one of the better ones just to find out I’m a fighter it’s a piece of junk. The enamel wears off of almost all the charms, the locks break constantly on the bracelets, in other words your items are faulty always and for the price you pay for those items they should not be breaking with in a month!

Had to wait outside in the heat , every time I go to a different Pandora when I travel it’s aggravating because you have to wait outside and not enough help!!!!!

Scammed out of the buy 2 get 1. Tried to convince me I need to sign up for a credit card to get offer. She mislead me to hit a sales goal.

I was met at the door by an associate asking why I was coming to their store that day. What? I was there to shop! She proceed to explain they didn't have any Disney 50th merchandise. I wasn't there for Disney 50th merchandise, but even if I wasn't, isn't getting a customer in the store the first step to a sale? It felt very snobbish and was a huge turnoff. Then when I was finally approached by an associate, she asked me to adjust my mask. It obviously was not to her satisfaction, as she made the request to me while masked herself and behind a plexiglass barrier. Had I not wanted to make a purchase, I would have walked out. I might add, I made a purchase the previous day with a different associate, and she was delightful to work with. She didn't have a problem at all with my mask. I resent spending my money with people that give the impression they are superior. Between the sales associate and the person granting entry at the door, the experience was a total turn off. I won't be back.
