When I walked in, there were approximately three sales associates not assisting anyone, however neither of them even bothered to ask if my family needed assistance. Not my wife nor my daughters were wearing their Disney loaded Pandora bracelets, but none of the non busy associates asked if we were being helped. We had to wait to go around the store, then wait for another associate to finish helping another customer before we were assisted. Maybe the other associates thought my money wasn’t green enough.

Sales associate was rude and uninterested. She had an attitude the moment I started looking at the product and when I accidentally dropped an earring she never offered to retrieve a new one from the back. Overall very unprofessional and not at all friendly.

The sales lady was very rude. She even argued with me about the fact that the other tray had charms on it that the one she pulled out didn't have. They were out of stock on some of the charms and clips I wanted. As she argued with me I told her really your going to argue with me and she got mad that she couldn't prove me wrong. Not what I expected from a Disney location.

My issue was with the attitude of the sales associate. She completely lacked interest in helping someone. I felt uncomfortable and like I was unwanted. After dropping over $300 I should be happy about my purchase. I would not want her working in my store.

We could not get anyone to wait on us. The salesgirl had more interest in trying to sell us more and more than actually ringing us out The staff was rude

While waiting outside in line the assistant manager was somewhat rude to her associate and everyone in line could listen to a conversation that should have happened in privacy. The sales associate was not friendly at all, didn't help when I brought up a problem with my bracelet and said they couldn't help. I purchased because I already knew what I was getting but I did not purchase because the sales associate helped. I would have gone another time except that we had already been waiting for an hour and did not want to wait in line again for someone else.

The receptionist was rude because my mom doesn’t speak English, we love the store and always buy a lot of things. To me its discrimination.Thanks for the service.
