The sales associate was not friendly, was not knowledgeable of the product I was looking for. Continued to rushed me. And once I chose my charms didn’t even offer to put them in the bracelet I had to ask her and when she did she put them in backwards, didn’t want to give me a bag for my box , truly bad customer service.

porque la promoción del 50% no estaba de acuerdo a la publicidad ósea solo una bandeja con productos en descuento realmente me pareció un engaño el tema de la promoción hacen creer al consumidor que toda la tienda esta en promoción y no es así. estuvimos haciendo una fila afuera por mas de una hora bajo el sol para entrar y comprar con descuento y cuando entramos a la tienda nos dimos cuenta que los ítems en descuento solo eran como 20 productos. nos pareció un engañ0 y deshonesto con los clientes de parte de Pandora.

The wait was too long to get inside. There were people inside that were not buying anything that were taking up space while so many people were outside in the heat and rain.

The associate was not friendly and tried to get us out of the store as fast as possible. As I sent quite a bit of money there as soon as she found out I was a cast member all conversation stopped and she was upset I wanted to look at more jewelry

After a long wait in line outside the store I was assigned to an employee and not permitted to browse the store on my own. The employee was a pushy sales person and not knowledgeable as she was recommending the wrong charms that were not compatible with the bracelet I chose. It became really annoying with her lack of knowledge and being too pushy so I left. I came back the next day and made a purchase however I was still rushed and the person who waited on me was not very knowledgeable and needed help from a sales leader. I did make a purchase but probably going to return or exchange it.

The associates, when I finally met with an associate it seemed like I was a bother, and unnecessary time spent in store and selection.

One of the assistance wasn’t happy because I took my time to select muy final choice and in the end I decide to changed again , I felt she was a little unhappy and rude with me

Hot temperatures while waiting outside store in the sun due to COVID-19 restrictions. Difficulty understanding sales associate due to language barrier, masks and COVID-19 barrier. Sales associate unable to expound on my product types for the celebration I was purchasing for and I felt like I was unable to move around the store and browse due to COVID-19 restrictions.
