We were not satisfied with the sales associate Jenna. She didn't show much interest with us in suggesting, not motivated, wasn't friendly. She didn't offer any promotion we had to ask. She even did a scribble for my signature like to get done with us!

Was not able to see stock, asked if there were more Disney options, was told no but when my daughter walked over to another section (got in trouble by a working saying it’s for a party of 9) found different items

The sales associate was acting as if we were bothering her or as if we were wasting her time. I love Pandora, but if we were not trying to find the Disney Parks exclusive charms I would have left and waited until I got home to my Pandora store. I wanted to buy the Alice and Wonderland set, when I asked her about it she was very nonchalant, once again as if we were bothering her. The ONLY reason we purchased anything is because we were flying home the next morning and couldn't get those charms at home, if it weren't for that she would have not gotten a sale from me. I know this is a one off because Everytime I come to Disney we come to this Pandora store and get whatever new park exclusive charms there is. Also not being able to see the charms up close makes the buying process difficult. We're all wearing mask can we see the charms outside the case. It's nearly impossible to see the detail of the charm in the display case.

So far, in 3 Pandora concerns I have not been satisfied at all. My latest visit was the same disappointment in that there was a missed opportunity with me to sell me additional things. What I was there for was an exchange but I was not offered any options. Options I was looking for and I asked for. The Assist. Mgr. Was rude and the situation was whispered about with the Sales Associate before I was let in the door.. I would expect more from this concern in WDW. And when I went there they were not that busy.

the sales associate karla was rude and just snobby she wouldn’t listen and it was highly annoying and just rude.

When we stood in line to get in the store for 20+ minutes we were asked what we were interested in shopping for. We said charms and Star Wars. That’s the only merchandise we were shown. We actually also wanted to look at rings, but we were never offered to look at anything else. It was disappointing.

A lot of restrictions on shopping.

When I was told the price of a bracelet upon paying the associate said it's just money and when I told her I didn't want a $175 bracelet because I don't have that money to spend right now and just bought the bracelet for my daughter. She was very upset.

I feel like the focus was on the sale, and that attention was towards that end. I feel like I was being manipulated with sales tactics. (I went for a return and everyone kept changing what I was saying to, “exchange.” Them I was told the merchandise I was there to return wasn’t eligible for a return, only an exchange. I feel I was forced into buying. I had actually planned on buying more than I did, but because of this, only bought what I had to and left. I also feel the chemicals used in the store are toxic. I had a head ache after just being there a few minutes.

There were 3 of us together, so they brought us in together but gave us one sales associate. I believe we should all have had our own sales person to work with. One of us tried going to look at another display and was told we could NOT go there. I felt so rushed in this store and I was there to buy the Disney Exclusives and if you look I do spend a lot of money at this store when I got to Florida. There was more that I wanted to purchase but felt very rushed in this store. Now I have to wait until I go back to Florida and who knows when that will be. Thank you for listening to me.
