We weren't a fan because we couldn't even walk around the store to view items in cases. We weren't able to see anything somewhat up close or see what we may or may not want. We were stuck next to one person the entire time. We felt like none of us could get a good look at anything. Felt pressured and pushed around like cattle. Dont tell someone how to shop.

the attendant was rude, impatient and didn't let me look at the store, I went to buy something specific, but I would have liked to buy other things, but she took me straight to the cashier and didn't give me the opportunity to see anything else, I was shocked and left .

They went overboard with the covid rules. We were not allowed to look around the store. It was ridiculous!

The sales person was more interested in telling me to cover my nose and stay close together with my wife ,Then she was in showing me and my family the jewelry. I spend a lot of money at Pandora but now reconsidering this choice!

Trying to sell me something I didn’t want did not give me my discount that I should have gotten and did not offer free charm for purchasing

I got a gift from a friend that was a ring, wrong size. She was told I can go to any pandora to exchange for size. When I meet with associate. Told her that I got gift and need different size. She ask for receipt or email. I didn’t have either. She question me why I don’t have my friends email. She also question me when friend purchase it. I asked to speak to manager they fix it for me with out asking questions how I got it. The Associate was rude of how she was handling the situation. I will never come back to have her help me with pandora. I had issues in the past with same associate. Telling me that certain charms I want were discontinued. I asked another associate. They told me that they were out and have more coming in. Check back later.

Sales person would not show us another article. Reason being she would need to clean the showcase in another area.

Was not greeted when we walked in like at other stores we have been to. The sales person we got her accent was so thick that I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. She was not very helpful. When I asked her to see the clips she had she only showed me 2 when I know you have more than 2 clips. Not at all satisfied. She kept pushing me to spend more money to get the free charm.
