The assistant manageress was not welcoming or friendly, and seem disinterested. Plus she wasn’t very clear about the products. She did nothing to inspire me to buy ( and I would have bought several pieces had she been better) So eventually I decided I would go to another store to get further pieces I wanted.

Sales assistant not at all friendly or helpful only seemed to want to make a sale. Pandora beads 10 dollars more than Disney Shop for each bead. Surely Pandora should be cheaper than other retail outlets.

Associates were very unfriendly, felt like you were bothering them - didn' really want to be there. For being located at Disney Springs. I would think you would have friendlier staff and more available.

The sales associate that helped me was rude. I still bought what I went in for but I wish I would have had a better associate with a better attitude.

My daughter was completely overlooked by sales staff it took myself to step in and draw attention to sales staff after waiting with $100 bill in her hand clearly visible and knowing exactly what she wanted for 20 minutes, and her transaction lasting no longer than 3-4 minutes especially in this location staff must be far more aware of younger shoppers

The sales associate was very rude. She made it seem as though I was an inconvenience to her. Poor customer service. She seemed upset that I interrupted her and another sales associate conversation with one another.

I walked around the Disney Springs store looking for a gift for my girlfriend, there were associates but none of them assisted me. I spent 15 minutes looking around the whole store (which I must add was gorgeous) and after finding what I wanted on my own, I had to ask for help from an associate whom was ducking behind the counter (may have been stocking) where I had to approach her and ask for her help. Funny thing is her response when I asked her for assistance was "I'm sorry, I thought you were being helped." which meant to me you saw me but you were waiting for someone else to attend me, LMAO. Either way I got wifey a ring and a seven dwarfs charm..... She was pleased, so I let how bad the treatment at that store was go.

The sales assistants both my Daughter & L dealt with were unfriendly and not helpful the atmosphere in the sop was poor I visit this shop every visit and this was the woerst experience I have ever had Also it was a shame no free gifts it’s normally a nice thank you We would have returned and spent more but based on this experience will not

Sales associate very rude unwilling to help although store was empty and there were 2 other associates not busy at all but unwilling to help. When she did finally show us a tray of beads there was a kind of hurry up and choose attitude. When questions were asked she acted as if we were wasting her time

I came to return an item. The associate was helpful I didn’t have a receipt i changed for same value and higher. The availability of products was low. The products category was all around the store scattered not organized. I was not able to use my passholder discount for the remainder balance which I think it’s ridiculous. Employee was knowledgeable but not really. Saw my item that was being returned said it was rose gold (lesser value for return) when it was actually gold shine (higher value) if I didn’t notice or ask I would’ve gotten 10$ less.
