Pandora Jewelry

I am really happy with necklace that I purchased from the Disney Springs. I am disappointed that it was not presented to me in a box and just placed in a Pandora pouch. Also my daughter did point out that it was $10 more expensive buying from there than if I’d bought it from one of the shops within the Florida Mall! As it was the final night of our holiday I had no more time to travel elsewhere. Also, I had to have the shop floor item because they had no further stock! This item was for my birthday present from my husband and the disappointing points kind of took away the shine!

catalogs no longer available in store so it was hard to choose a charm. As over priced as these charms are I see no reason to discontinue catalogs to save more money.

The first guy who offered to help us, couldn't and passed us onto someone else. She couldn't find the product we wanted, despite the fact it was featured on every poster in your store. ..then she couldn't find the key to unlock the product. ..then she didn't find the barcode to charge us. ..then her ipad wouldn't process the charge. It was a klusterfuck.

The store is extremely small, sales associates are always busy and waiting is always more than 15 minutes, you can't walk around while waiting cause there's no space. Charms are out of stock. Planning and better management should correct this issue. It was January 17th and "January charm" was already out of stock and sales associates didn't know if or when the items will get back in stock...

The store was out of what I wanted. The person helping me seemed lost. She was Al's unable to tell me if I could hey it else wherepr order it to my house.

The sales staff was pushy. They told me me I “needed to buy” this and that. They just couldn’t believe all I wanted was a charm and nothing else as they stayed as such. Not kind to me. If the charm wasn’t retired I would have left empty handed.

The service was very rushed and the store assistant came across rather blunt.

The sales associate was not nice nor did she allow me to browse the merchandise and was very pushy. And disrespectful when I said no to a charm she suggested. I’ve never had that experience before at a pandora store and probably will go to another one next time since I do like the product. I have worked retail and I never treated a customer like that or gave attitude when they turned down what I suggested.

I came into the store to make a purchase and to receive the complimentary bracelet with $125 purchase. There was a large sign out in front of the store advertising the bracelet with purchase. However, AFTER I had made my purchase and asked about the bracelet, I was told that they were out of them. I feel that this was deceptive advertising at the front door. The sign should have been removed. I do not like having the feeling of being"tricked" by a merchant. I have purchased two bracelets full of beads and charms and have gifted them as well. Not sure if I will continue.

The assistant did not know anything about the charms and questions that i asked about them.She was also having a conversation with a colleague at the same time as serving us. She only had the basic conversation with us. At the end of the transaction I noticed she had put an extra item in the bag and had to ask her what it was - it appears it was a free Disney bag ( I am really pleased and grateful for this and can only assume it was given for spending a certain amount ). On unwrapping my purchases later I found she had put 3 charms in 1 box! I am not at all happy with this as they were presents for different people. I was not asked if this was ok at the time.I would like feed back on this please.
