It was my first visit to a Pandora store and I wanted to purchase my first bracelet with a charm to remember our Disney trip. The sales associate got a major attitude when I didn't like what she was pulling out and was trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't want. And she really didn't let me take the time to look through the charms.

No one greeted us as we walked in the store. When I walked up to the counter the 2 sales associate were helping another person and neither acknowledged me or said anything like someone will help me as soon as possible. Finally another associate came over in about 10 minutes to see if they could help me.

On arriving we had to wait for about 15 minutes before a sales assistant could attend to us. This was the second time we had visited the store. The manager at the door did not have a very good attitude. The sales assistant was extremely good and she could not have been more helpful.

The sales associate was rude. I asked about an upcoming sale and she blew it off. When checking out she made comments to a Disney employee, "at least I get paid more than you and I am here for the money." The Disney employee handle himself with grace. Not at all impressed with your employees at the Disney store in the Magic Kingdom.

I went into the store specifically to pick up earrings for my granddaughters. It took forever for an associate to assist me. After my selections were made, I was offered an opportunity to apply for the Pandora store card which I accepted. After 25 minutes on line with the sales associate and then on the phone with me, I was told that my phone number couldn't receive texts from the office. Therefore, I had to either wait to make my purchase until my card arrived (which wasn't going to happen -- I was shopping at Disney Springs and I live in Illinois) or use another form of payment. A simple earring purchase turned into a fiasco.

My Annual passholder discount was not on my receipt, so I just need to call and ask them about it.

The sales person tried to upsell the 25 percent off the second purchase. My daughter only wanted a Minnie charm. The sales person just said well you will need clips and told my daughter her bracelet was bent and would snap anyway (I wish I had said something then about the quality of the bracelet). Then I said she just wants Minnie twice and she didn't respond just processed the sale on her iPad. She didn't acknowledge I said she just wanted Minnie. I found the sales assistant a bit rude and of a superior attitude. Not really what i would expect from Pandora.

As a loyal Pandora customer, I am very disappointed with the return policy. I purchased a charm in San Diego (an accidental duplicate). Returned to Orlando and tried to return the charm to 2 Orlando locations. Both denied my return and sent me to Disney Springs. The 1st store sent me to the 2nd store. 2nd store wouldn't do my return and sent me to Disney Springs. Disney Springs location wouldn't refund my return only exchange. That's a very disappointing policy and it caused me a lot of time and gas money driving around. Left a bad image of Pandora in my mind.
