The knowledge that Beatriz (sales person # 221332) had was amazing. Every question I had she was able to answer for me with no problem. She was willing to show me everything I asked to see with no hesitation. She offered to even clean my Pandora necklace for me!

My favorite thing about Pandora has always been the friendly and informative sales associates. At the Disney Springs location everyone in the store (especially Bethi) were super helpful and accommodating of my friends and I. Not only am I in love with the matching bracelets and charms we bought, but also excited to collect more because of the fantastic service!

Rose was an amazing sales associate, she gave a lot of options, enough to take the best decision with my pandora, she is the best! 100% recommended her

Immediately greeted at door and then met by a sales associate who spent probably 20 mins or so all in with me as we made selections, found sizes, and completed the purchase. She never tried to oversell, simply let me know what my options were and let me make my decisions. Very nice experience overall.

Nice store. No wait but I could tell that it was getting busy. The sales person that helped me was very thorough and professional and easy to talk to. I’m not a “Pandora” person so being new to the experience I had a lot of questions. Alyssa was great at explaining things and sharing her knowledge.

The sales associate was very helpful. We got engraving done on charms during our visit. The sales associate was very patient and helped us with ideas. I appreciate sales associates like that. Will visit again for sure.

The staff was very helpful and kind. She answered all our questions, and showed us all the charms we asked to look at. She even gave us charm selections based off our preferences, and came up with solutions to our problems. She was great!

The employee was helpful and nice. She knew what she was doing and applied great customer service and was extremely helpful
