The sales associate was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. The "greeter" at the entrance was very unwelcoming. I have purchased from this store in the past and have had a positive experience.

The wait was much too long, and they had a waiting list but skipped over us. So we waited much too long. I would’ve left if I hadn’t gone in for a specific item

I went in with the intention of purchasing a few things for my Mother for her upcoming 65th birthday &/or for Mother's Day. I got what I had in mind, decided against the Mother's day bangle set; getting the charm instead with a few others. I was a tad indecisive, I will admit. Figuring out in the end I did NOT want the set & also I did NOT gold plated honey bee charm when I realized it was in fact gold plated, not 14k gold. I looked at my receipt earlier & I was charged for the $50 honey bee/honey comb gold plated charm. Also, the sales lady did not seem to know what was in stock, where ANYTHING was-had to ask numerous other coworkers. She had the NASTIEST looking hands/nails I have ever encountered in ALL my years in retail. While I have numerous pieces of Pandora jewelry, I was less than impressed with my experience as a whole. I do not know what can be done?

When I walked in on 4/3 there were a few salespersons standing together no one greeted us upon entry. I walked around the store and not one person asked if I needed assistance. My eldest daughter wanted her bracelet cleaned and I wanted to purchase a charm for my youngest daughter. After my eldest stared down Elisabeth, she finally asked if we needed assistance. While Ian and Katheryn remained in a corner talking never asking if I needed assistance or eye contact. I usually frequent the Mall of Georgia location and don't have this experience however I thought it would be at the least the same customer service experience and will say it was extremely unacceptable for a location selling charms you can't buy anywhere else. I am very unhappy with my experience.

It took so long to be acknowledged by a member of staff. The store wasn't even that busy

Sales asked if I wished to sign up for a Pandora Card. The form required my income and social insurance number that I felt was inappropriate and I declined to answer. This is not a credit card. As such the card and accompanying discount were denied. We requested the form be destroyed but was taken away by a sales representative. My concern is not with the sales representative but with the personal data Pandora wishes to collect.

I purchased two charms and a cleaning kit on Friday 2/16. I gave them to my wife on 2/17. Unfortunately she already had one of the charms and liked a different one she had seen in the store so she went to return them on 2/17. When she arrived to exchange the charm, she was immediately handed off from the first person that met her and you could tell the first associate was frustrated that this wasn't going to be a new sale. When another associate came to help her she too was very frustrated to be bothered with an exchange. The attitude coming off of the sales staff was so negative, my wife decided to just return everything and be done with this store (which I don't blame her). I don't know if this is a commission based store or not, but the staff made us feel like we were wasting their and if we weren't going to make a new purchase we should just leave. Not the feeling we have ever had in a Pandora store. We eventually did get the charms we wanted at the Pandora store in the Magic Kingdom, but our purchase of Pandora may have just come to an immediate stop. Very unfortunate.

After coming out of the store with my purchase I realised that I felt I had spent too much. I gave the associate my $50 budget but somehow I came away having spent $70. I am from the UK and was trying to convert $ to £ in my head. I felt a bit rushed into my decision.

The salesperson was just standing around not paying attention. Another associate had to say something to him. When waiting on me uninterested. Never had this problem before

I could see the shop as busy but I was ready to buy a charm and no one came to help me. I waited 10 minutes, left the store and came back waiting another 5 minutes. When I was finally helped they seemed really rude and short towards me when they had been fine with the previous customers
