As I was speaking with Ginny, she tried to push me toward the bangle promotion twice (which I understand is her job). Once I told her I have one and I don't like the way it fits my wrist, she closed the box and her demeanor changed. I felt very rushed by her and it seemed it was because I didn't want to spend a ton. I did add to my purchase in order to get more than one charm, which was not my initial plan. After she ran my card, she asked if I wanted them on my bracelet, placing them on the end. This was fine, but inconsistent with service I get in my home store, when they ask me if I want help rearranging them. She did get me a silicone ring for inside the clip. She quickly handed me my receipt and was walking away as I was trying to finish a conversation with her. All the while, another associate was engaging with my 6-year old son. I felt bad not giving her my sale because she was so kind when we walked in and the whole time I was talking with Ginny. I *think* her name was Alisha. I left feeling uncomfortable about my experience at this store. I like to use Pandora as my souvenir, but I will aim to not frequent this store, as feeling this way on vacation is not preferred.

the sales associate didn't know the answer to any of my questions. I had a return because the piece broke and she wasn't helpful or exchange the piece. No, I didn't have the receipt but you can see that its a Pandora piece.

I was very disappointed that the sales person didn't tell me that if I would have waited until the next day I would have gotten a free bangle.

When I went in store, a collection of 3 staff were huddled and laughing together paying no attention to customers so I had to actively seek out assistance, and from then on everything else seemed like it was a chore to them, if it wasn’t a gift for someone I would have walked out.

Sell person not in a good mood, service was very poor... Could find anything I was looking for or she could't find what I want it.

store seemed ready to close by 10:20 pm- the associates were in a hurry to get my purchase over with. showed them photos of what I wanted, they made no extra steps to find what I needed nor offered to find/ pick up or ship to me. I spend $380 to $600 each time I shop in any Pandora store, stock was out, associate did not move from counter nor try to help find what I was looking for. as a Disney location which is supposed to be the best, this site is a failure.

Although there were three associates in the store no one greeted us when we came in. It was if my small purchase didn’t really matter to them

The assistant seemed bored and uninterested in me. I felt as though I was almost wasting her time despite spending over €130!!

No quedé satisfecha, ya que al hacer esta misma encuesta metí por error los datos de la fecha y por tanto no se me pudo descontar los 10$, la chica que me atendía dijo que ella no podía hacer nada, llamó a su encargada y esta tampoco pudo hacer nada, entre tanto abrieron un cajón lleno de bolsos de Pandora preciosos, le pregunte el precio y me dijo que no se vendían que eran para regalar, les dije que me regalaran uno por las molestias y me dijeron que nó, que no se podía! Quede muy insatisfecha con el servicio! Ahora necesito dos charms nuevos y no quiero volver a pandora!
