Customer service was not of an expected level. Sales assistant became dismissive on receiving payment!

I went into Pandora at Disney Springs to purchase a specific charm for my friend. Rebecca H was the sales person that I spoke to. I told her the charm I wanted (Cinderella) and she got it out of the display for me. I confirmed that I wanted to purchase this and could I have a new one and not the display one. She said that there isn’t any more and that I will have to have the one from display. I wasn’t happy with this because I’ve purchased and browsed in a variety of different pandora stores and I know that the display charms are handled a lot by customers etc. Myself and my partner both examined the charm and found that there was a chip on it, which was noticeable. When we pointed this out to Rebecca she said that there wasn’t a chip, there clearly was. She pulled her face and proceeded to get me a new one from under the counter. Why couldn’t she have done this at the start? I am glad I inspected the charm before leaving otherwise I would have had an upset friend, I wouldn’t have been in a position to return it because I live in the UK. Thankfully I persisted and I was given another! Very poor service.

I came in a few days ago to buy the baloo 100th Disney charm and came into today to get the bracelet. I was told if I buy two I get the Disney holder for free. I said I got the charm the other day and she said no I can’t get it I need to buy both from her at the same time and wouldn’t get me the box.

I am a big Fan of Pandora. I personally own over 11 bracelets and 150 charms, rings, necklaces and chains. However, the experience at the Downtown Disney location was horrible. They always have a very long line, not enough associates while Managers stand at a computer talking verses trying to assist with costumers. Then once you receive assistance they act as if they are bothered. I will not stop wearing Pandora as I love the line; however, I will not shop at this location again.

I have been to this Pandora many times.This last experience I went to exchange a charm that my husband bought it by mistake (because I already had it) it was still in the box packed the way my husband gave it to me . Besides that I also wanted to purchase more charms, specially since that had the promotion of the free jewelry box with a purchase of $150 or more, as soon as the salesperson found out it had to do with an exchange she seemed bothered.During the process of the exchange I asked her several questions about any new charms that came in,she ignored my half of the time and others her response was very short and rude(like she was having a bad day)when she walked away my husband whispered to me and said she’s very rude, I said “I know”.Then when she came back with the exchange she says to me“IS THAT IT, ARE YOU GOING TO PURCHASE SOMETHING“I said“NOT ANYMORE,thank you “ she had just lost a good sale . We’ve been customers for many years with Pandora never dealt with a salesperson like this! We’ve purchased with my email Denisses1982@gmail.com and my husband’s email Timber281@gmail.com.But we won’t be back here.

Store was not wheelchair friendly. Beads were displayed high and couldn't see them. Bought beads and associate put them on my bracelet and didn't tighten. Lost cuff and 3 beads before I noticed!

I went in for the promotion and told that it ended last week when in truth it ends tomorrow. They said they were out of the promotional bracelet and gave me a substitute. The substitute wasn’t even in my size. They said they had none in my size. I was then forced to take a smaller bracelet that doesn’t even fit me.
