The salesperson make me and my nice like if we were going to steal a bracelet. She was so hesitant to show me the options. I will not go to that particular store again. I have several Pandora pieces, is not about the product, is the saleswoman.

The sales associate would not show me merchandise, was very RUDE. When I pointed out that I wanted to see other rings, she told me that there was not anymore but there was!! She was argumentative when I pointed to the area with more rings. She wouldn’t show me more of the butterfly charms. Very unprofessional and should not work for Pandora!

I orders something online to pick up, all was good. Until I decide to get more gift for my fiancé and my daughter. The attitude from the lady it was not the appropriate. Never gave me a sign to figure out what was the correct name of the stone. Disappointed.

The sales associate Sami was the most disrespectful sales associate I ever had in my life I've been shopping at the sound or feel last 2 years every single month when I come to Disney and I buy myself a charm this trip I decided to take my mother and sister to buy them a bracelet semi was not professional her vibe was disgusting she didn't want to take out the charms to show my mother she was having a hard time seeing the merchandise and she's like well I'm sorry that you can't see here's a book look at this instead and I felt like I was disrespectful she should at least take the merchandise out for my mother so she could see it properly and she was very hesitant to show us the bracelets for my sister and put it on her wrist basically she was just plain disrespectful the whole time I'm just basically has insulted my mother for not being able to see because she's having a hard time seeing

I purchased a pair of heart hoop earrings and they would not stay closed. I brought them back to exchange them for a pair that would stay closed within 2 days of purchase. The sales lead, Kelsey, was beyond rude claiming that I damaged them and that I was not closing them properly. I explained that they had been this way from the very first time I put them on so I could not have damaged them that they must have been defective. She continued that it was my fault and that I should be more careful next time. At this point, I requested my money back. If these earrings were “so delicate” as she started then I no longer wanted them. She refused and said that since I damaged them that she could only exchange them for me and that I needed to be more careful with the new ones because there would be nothing they could do for me if I damaged these ones. I was appalled and embarrassed. I am a grown, mid 40 year old woman with a Masters in Business on vacation at Disney where we are annual pass holders, and have never been treated so poorly by a sales associate. ever. I took my exchanged earrings and left.

It was okay, my R2-D2 charm was beautiful but must have a defect due to breaking within only 4 days, I’m trying to return it today and since ive got it at Disney springs it will have to be at a mall Pandora, the sale associate did say the arms move with r2-d2 and it was moving okay till I felt it very loose and it was in shambles, if I had know that this was the most expensive charm out of my bunch and the most disappointing I would’ve not gotten this charm due to being signed up store credit card and persuaded to get another charm to avoid the 6% interest, I felt very disappointed
