i bought tree charms , And sales woman packed only one while Iwas paying, I ask the vendor if she put me all charms she say yes. But I decided to check , the orher two charms was in her hand. it is inaceptable I felt scammed.

Making customers wait in line outside the store in over 100 degree heat and sun, without any awaning, fan or shade for over an hour is crulety! This is the worst Pandora store with awful and cruel employees. I will NEVER return to this store in Disney Springs and neither will my friends, family and followers on twitter and facebook! Shame on you Pandora for treating your fans this creully.

Sales associate rushed us so much and seemed mildly annoyed the entire time. I was only inside for a total of 5 minutes, in which I purchased my ring and left without a box or bag to carry it in.

I was dissatisfied with Pandora – – – I understand Covid protocols are in place for reasons but we had visited the same store in November and the protocol measures were not as stringent as they were on the day we visited. We were advised to only stay with our party in that same area and not available to walk around the store and shop

Hi I am at Disney Springs and purchased the new rose gold Disney Parks castle! It’s beautiful! However, I asked the associate what discount I would receive if I found it in another location . She said she was not aware of any other discounts. I received 10% off and then found it around the corner for 20% off with my Disney Vacation Club Discount! I understand that Disney locations are different than Parks locations but feel very dissatisfied about the different discount within a few stores away. I was not able to return it as the lines were very long. I think that the discount for DVC and annual pass should be the same at all Disney Springs locations! I hope that you will consider refunding me the 12.00 dollars! the associate greeting us outside the store was super friendly. however, the associate that was working directly with us, bethi, was extremely rude. she didn’t seem like she wanted to help us out. i asked question about different product and she was not very helpful at all. although very reluctant, i continued to complete the transaction with her. i wanted to buy more product, but i refused to continue to work with someone who seemed like me wanting to buy something was an inconvenience for her. on a brighter note, annie was excellent !! after the terrible experience with bethi, annie was such a breath of fresh air. she was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.

WHERE IS THE BOX FOR MY CHARM!!! The charm I bought was thrown into a bag Willy nilly with some tissue paper and than the bag was tied closed with a bow by a disinterested sales person.

Mackenzie was very rude and not at all helpful. I asked her help for exclusive charms and instead she showed me charms that are available everywhere. When i told her so she got irritated and had an attitude.

The sales associate seemed to rush me out of the store. She was rude and inattentive to my needs and what I was looking for. It was clear that all she cared about the sale. I was too scared to go back after I realized I got the wrong size.
