The person helping me was really rude and rushing the sale

We went in for my sister in laws birthday and I wanted to try on a ring like one she had purchased & The associate who helped us basically accused us of swapping out rings because the floor sample was dirty.

I had to look through a catalog for items. I want to see the items in the case. I only purchased one item because it was just a hassle.

Yo soy una persona amante a pandora me encanta nunca había recibido un trato tan mal la persona que me atendió tenia un carácter muy desagradable le molestaba hasta hablarnos ni un saludó recibimos de parte de ella mayiria de la veces el proceso de ir a pandora me toma un poco de tiempo en buscar algo ver diferentes opción que me brindan los empleados pero el dia de ayer fue muy pésimo con esa empleada me senti muy incomoda ,

We had to wait for one hour to gain entry! My husband was very upset that some customers were in the store for a very long time. Give them no more than 30 minutes!! I was in the store for maybe 15 minutes.

Christina associate #193798 was rude and uninterested in helping us at all. She kept looking at the door. I understand with covid things are different. I was in a wheelchair and not able to see the charm trays. She would take them out and hold them up against her chest and I indicated several times a struggle to see the merchandise. She had no interest in assisting my ability to see the charms while in the wheelchair. She answer questions in a rude manner. Along with her overall lack of interest in our being there make me not want to visit the Pandora store at Disney Springs ever again. I am a FL resident and go often and will not be visiting that store again.

My sales associate was incompetent and failed to listen to anything I said. When asked what I wanted (and didn’t want) I communicated very clearly and she did the exact opposite - e.g. I already have an Eiffel Tower charm from the Paris location and was not interested in another one but she kept insisting I would like the Minnie Mouse Eiffel Tower charm... even though I said no thank you? There were other instances of blatantly not listening to words coming out of my mouth and her insistence on charms I already said no thank you too.

The woman at the door treated me as if I was a leper and backed away from me when I approached her, while wearing a mask. I was not allowed to look around the store and given a catalog to find what I wanted. I will not return to this store.

Sales associates were rude and didn’t want to be bothered. We were exchanging items so they were upset we weren’t purchasing anything else.
