Becky, an employee at this store was rude and unprofessional during this visit. Becky needs to attend a customer service class to learn how to speak with customers instead of being rude. It is a shame, every time we visit this location we get treated rudely and looked down on by the staff. This store is so poorly run.

I felt so bad about the service of the Sales Associates at this Pandora. We understand that we appeared to be Asian girls and we wore casual outfits today but we waited for a very long time for a Sales Associate to approach us. They did not greet us at all and seemed to be ignored. We were pleased that Alexandra finally came to help us at the first place. Unfortunately, she seemed to be unpleasant and gave us a lot of exasperated sighs. She did not give us details of the products and she rushed us to close sales although we did not want to. Lastly, I want to say that we are fans of Pandora and we were not treated like this in shops in Thailand, our homecountry. This place is ‘Disney’ Springs and we expected the staff to have better service mind. I felt super dissatisfied with my first time Pandora experience in Orlando. Please be more careful with staff selection and training.

I purchased my very first Pandora earrings with sales association named Alexsandra L. I admitted that I did ask alot of question due to my skin condition and allergy; however, it do not think that it is appropriate for sales to sign and act as if she was annoyed of me. She did rush me to end my purchase by ringing in the product, telling the price and asking for my payment even if I did not confirm that I will take it yet. Overall I can say that this is the worst purchase experience and guest service I have confronted in years. Totally dissatified with my Pandora experience

Returned a bracelet. Would've liked the correct size but the return was handled just as poorly as the original purchase. Returned it because I was bothered by the attitude of the sales girl and I didnt feel like got to choose which size i really wanted. Felt rushed. Made to feel stupid. A manager should've come to talk to me when i returned the merchandise instead all i got was meek apologies and no offer to make up for the wasted time of coming to make the purchase AND then having to return it to exchange for the appropriate item. Highly dissatisfied.

I was told my mickey mouse charm was exclusive to Disney springs store. then I checked online and Pandora sells the same charm I paid $85, for 25!

The sales associate had no idea about any of the products. She kept giving me the opposite of what I wanted and wasn’t listening to me at all. She was in such a rush didn’t take her time at all awful! Worst customer service ever!!!

Every charm i asked to see, the seller only said: you can try find in that bracelet and NEVER showed me the charm that I was looking for in the balcony! She was very rude ! I always buy in this store but it was the last time! Nobody deserves to me treat like I was!!!
