I had a terrible experience with the sales associate in the store of Disney Spring orlando, the two girls how where free and who I ask help, the laugh of my question, talk between each other when I was asking a question, there name Nakisha an Amanda, when Amanda left, Nakisha was "helping" me choosing with the girls their gift, but when another customer ask her a question she left me without telling me anything to attend this client. I have never been treated so badly in a store, especially when we are shopping and we are having a great time at Disney.

I live in Illinois and this purchase was made in Florida. I never purchased any item. My account/email was used. If there is someone else with my exact name the store manager should've checked more carefully to make sure the correct account was being pulled up. I had to call from Illinois to the Florida store to fix this problem that was not even my problem. It's a shame because if you look at the type of purchase I purchased your more expensive items which are the gold items. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed about this entire situation. Raquel

I went in to the Disney Springs location specifically looking for a Jack and Sally charm from the Nightmare Before Christmas. I had seen it a few days before in Magic Kingdom. The associate, Amelys, informed me that they were completely sold out and that she had been to all of the parks (except Epcot) to look and they were all sold out also. I was so upset that I cried. I was so sad to have missed it. I felt that I had no choice but to order from a 3rd party, which isn’t something I want to do. Today, to my surprise, I walked into the Magic Kingdom store that sells Pandora and they had plenty of the charm I wanted. I was both relieved and extremely upset. I have no clue why the associate would give me such blatantly false information...especially when I was visibly upset. I have such a mix of emotions and am still upset, although happy to have my charm that I so badly wanted.

I wanted a black stone for my necklace, the sales associate made it seem like it was such an effort to go and get the tray with black stones on it .She told me she only had one and this was it. I bought it then remembered I should have had the DVC member discount and she said it was too late to give it as the sale was made. Well later I find out there is more than 1 black stone and she could have still given me the 20% DVC discount; she would just have to reissue the sale. I don’t live in Florida and had limited time there so it was too late to go back. I will not buy from this store again.

The member of staff that I was served by was very rude. Didn't give me a chance to look at the bracelet I was buying on my wrist. I was then asked about charms in which I responded that I already had some in a delivery coming to my house and he very quickly and rudely told me that the ones in store was exclusives, which I was not aware of.

The Pandora Shine Collection bracelet and charms are turning in less than a week. Will be returning the pieces. I Will prefer 14k gold. But all of my other Pandora pieces in silver are great. Just disappointed in the shine collection.

6 sales associates with no customers and I had to ask someone to help me. She had no idea what charm I was wanting and had to ask someone else. Then after looking for it realized they did not have it.
