As I went into the store I was ignored by 3 staff members and when I asked for help then still ignored. Spoke to the store manager and she was extremely rude to myself and my partner and a staff member was very rude and decided to ignore us when we were stood in front of him.

I am actually not sure which location this was. I visited and bought a new charm from St. Thomas, a new bracelet and charm in San Juan, two charms from Disney Springs in Orlando, and a new charm from LAs Vegas. All were good experiences. My only complaint is that I accidentally bought a charm that I already have and have no way to go back to Orlando to exchange it.

Bought a ring in key west that was too big. Stores around me couldn’t decide who was corporate and who was a franchise making me go around town. Finally found a corporate store and the woman was very rude. She didn’t welcome me and at the end handed my receipt and yelled you can go at me and nothing else.

We purchased the Minnie and Mickey diamond mouse ears silver ball for my bracelet. This will be a soon retired piece. My box was empty once I returned home. The beautiful bead was not in the box inside the wrapped up pandora bag.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience. Our salesperson took three times to try and get a ring we wanted. She kept bringing the wrong one to the point we almost just said forget it.

I went to the Disney Springs Pandora to purchase several charms. This was on Nov. 30th. My husband noticed that the Cinderella coach that I purchased was not nearly as shiny as the one in the case. The associate offered to clean it with a cloth. Although it was becoming cleaner, the associate suggested in needed to go in their cleaning solution. I left the piece and returned later in the evening. My husband still was unhappy, so on Dec. 1st we returned. The hostess said I needed to have it cleaned! I told her I had done both cleaning processes the DAY BEFORE right there! She put my name on a list, and we waited. After 10 minutes, a new couple walked in and received an associate within 2 minutes. That's when we told the hostess to forget it. I found her rude and very unhelpful, We had purchased 5 charms the night before, and we were thinking of purchasing a new coach. I will NEVER return to the Disney Spring Pandora again. I certainly hope this standard of conduct is NOT acceptable to the Pandora Corporation. If it is, I will never purchase Pandora again, and my family has purchased many, many pieces in the past 7 years.

Travelled all the way to Disney springs to get Disney Pandora charm.. Had one in mind and when arrived was told that the chosen charm could be purchased in the UK so we took a further 20mins choosing one that we were told was not available anywhere else apart from Disney park stores...the work exclusive was used by the sales assistant. I got back to the hotel that evening,which was our last night and found that I could purchase that same Disney charm on the Disney store online and for $5 cheaper...on top of that I could also have it shipped to the UK if I wanted. I am absolutely furious that I was Sold a different charm due to the exclusiveness and it was all rubbish. And I paid more than it retails for online. A great way to ruin our last night on holiday. We would have much preferred the rockettes bauble due to being a good deal but instead got completely ripped off.. I asked for clarification around the exclusiveness at least three times. The amount of money I've spent in Pandora over the years and now do not want to use ever again. Terrible.

Purchased a Pandora signature safety chain at Disney Springs. Got back to my hotel to find I was given the wrong item. Couldn't change it at Mall at Millenia due to stock being incorrect so had to make a really inconvenient visit back to Disney Springs.

I never visited your store in Florida, yet I received a receipt for over $200 via email telling me Thank you for my purchase. This prompted much time out of my day to verify if my identity had been stolen as it even had my home address on it.
