I was Completely satisfied. That associate was extremely helpful. Replaced a bead that fell off my bracelet for free!

I ultimately returned my purchase because we were visiting from out of town and when I read the receipt it said I could only return to that particular store for a refund. The rings I purchased were for my daughters and we came back specifically to the Pandora store because we had been told the first time we were in the store that we could return the products to a different Pandora store. While that is true, it is only for credit. My girls purchased rings and their fingers were swollen. We needed to try them on when they were cooler to make sure they weren't too big. They already had the smallest size. I do not buy nor like Pandora products so I didn't want to be stuck with a credit. If this is the policy at all stores, I am not sure I will be purchasing anything from Pandora in the future.
