The associates at the Pandora stores are almost always professional, friendly, patient and eager to help in any way they can. I've never felt pressured, intimidated or silly while speaking with any of the associates. The stores are always set up in a way that is easy to see the merchandise, as well as the different options you can use it. I've been shopping Pandora for many years and have never had a bad experience.

Emma was very efficient and friendly. She knew the products. When I explained what I wanted she knew exactly what charms to show me.

There were so many options to choose from. All of the staff were nice and friendly. The lady that helped me, Alex, was extremely nice and helpful and showed me many options with patience.

I was in line outside the store and was able to make my purchase in less than 5 minutes in the line. Excellent service outside!

The sales associate who helped me was very patient and had a great attitude. She offered suggestions and offered to show me as many items as needed to make my decision. I told her I was there to start a bracelet for my daughter and she was sure to be as discreet as possible with my purchase since my daughter was in the store with me at the time.
