Helped me to expand my collection with a few additional charms for my new second rose gold bracelet. Was just the friendliest salesperson I have had in years!

I am usually nervous to walk in to higher end jewelry stores like Pandora. However, the moment I walked in, I was greeted with all smiles. Kellie F was AMAZING! I explained I was slowly started a Pandora bracelet on a tight budget and had some charms at home and needed some spacers. She helped me piece together a beautiful bracelet with patience and so much kindness. Thank you so so much Kellie!! I was radiating with happiness when I left.

I was looking for Disney charms that could symbolize our wedding anniversary since we typically celebrate at Disney (It was our anniversary weekend 😊). The sales associate was super helpful and friendly. She was able to suggest several right off the bat. I’m loving my purchase and have already taken pictures and sent them to show off to my friends and family.
