We were able to purchase merchandise that is Disney parks only. That was very exciting for my daughter, she lives out of state. Love having Pandora in Disney Springs.

Walked into a friendly hello by associate Cody! They were helpful in finding the exclusive Disney charms. The choices were wonderful and we had a hard time deciding but Cody's expertise was very helpful.

I love Pandora products and I am never disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. The sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable and I always seem to find that associate that looks at my bracelet and helps me find just the right one to add. Love this place and the memories it helps me keep around my wrist.🥰

Julyssa was very helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. She asked great questions to get a feel for what I was interested in and presented charms quickly and efficiently. The service was excellent from the moment we waited our turn in line. It wasn’t overly crowded. There was someone waiting to serve us right away and she took us right to the counter we needed. The store was nicely air conditioned on a hot day. Knowledgeable staff.

The lady that helped me was very nice and friendly and didn’t rush me and was very patient
