I found the assistants to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Had to wait in line outside to start with but the process was well organised. I made a return visit a short time later for a further purchase and was welcomed back.

I was looking for exclusive charms. They had different character and lot of variety of charms . The lady who help me pick my charm explain everything about the charm.
