I was very happy that the store had the specific charm I was looking for. Also, the salesclerk seemed new but she was very sweet and tried very hard to find what I might be looking for. I wasn't sure what else I wanted. . . .

I was able to find what I wanted and it was available. Sales woman helped put charms in order and added new one I purchased.

The sales associate, called Melissa, that helped me was amazing! She offered me the free cleaning service which I didn't know about after I just mentioned in conversation that my bracelet was dirty. Then I also mentioned that a stone fell out of one of my charms that I was given as a gift so didn't have the receipt, she spoke to her manager to see if there was anything they would be able to do and was able to swap my broken charm for a new one! The service was just brilliant and I am so pleased with my new charms too.
