The sales associate was very courteous and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. The presentation of the store was beautiful.

We had Emma as our sales person. I was buying a necklace for my 2 granddaughters age 7 and 3. Emma recommended a small necklace that fit just right.

The associate was very polite and helpful with recommendations. She showed several different pieces that would show what I wanted.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because a sales associate helped me out right away and showed me what I wanted. She had the charms that I wanted in stock and gave me her recommendations and opinions.

To make a story with my kids. I get to tell my grand daughter’s about each charm. And too see the face after I tell them I took them to Disney.

i like rose gold rather than silver. there is not enough rose gold in Mickey Mouse. thank you

Emma the sales associate was very sweet! She had answers to all my questions and if she did not, she got the answer for me, she suggested many things that would help to keep my charms from slipping around on my bracelet and is very patient!!

We visited the Pandora Store at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. Even though it was busy we were greeted and helped promptly. There was a great selection of merchandise and we were able to get everything we wanted to purchase. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly too!

The sales assistant who helped us was very personable, friendly and efficient. She was engaging with us, especially our teenagers who were making their purchases. Her service was exemplary, and made us feel welcomed as customers.
