My sale associate Christine was the most helpful in getting me to fulfill my Pandora bracelet needs, including explaining care for it. She was sweet and attentive!

I was looking for 50th charms and found the perfect one. The associates let me take my time and just look around (I have multiple bracelets). The only issue I had was navigating the EVC through the slightly tight aisles.

Our sales associate Christine was wonderful!!! She was very patient with my daughters as they were trying to decide what they wanted as their souvenir for this trip.

I had a Mickey charm and his legs broke off, I had saved the piece, without any questions or problems I got the charm replaced. I had the receipt with me, no questions asked. Also I purchased to safety chains and two charms. The sales associate was very helpful and friendly.

Yaritza was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. She was also very patient with us try to doodle so that we could put our own design on the engraved braclets. Sage was also amazing and was able to draw what we wanted. They were both so wonderful and helpful.
