Upon entering the store, there was no wait to which I was thoroughly surprised! Once in the store, we had a little wait due to the amount of patrons in the store. However, once a sales representative became available, she sought us out.

The staff was so attentive to the guests in the store. It looked like all the employees were having fun and love what they do which in return transferred to all the guests. Holly was so passionate about the product, calm and really took her time to explain… Holly was a rock star. The entire experience was an absolute joy!

I was at Walt Disney World and I want to get another charm representing WDW. After the salesperson showed my the new charms, I selected the 50th Anniversary one. I will always add to my bracelet wherever I travel too.

I had a return from a different store located out of the country. I didn’t realize the receipt wasn’t in English. The associate went out of her to exchange the item for me without any problems.

It was a quick and productive visit. Got in, shared purpose of visit and associate assisted me with purchase. I was in and out quickly.

La chica que me atendió fue muy amable y paciente. Tienen alta variedad de medidas para cualquier persona, en mi caso tengo una muñeca muy pequeña y encontraron rápido mi medida. Aproveche para limpiar una pulsera que antes ya había adquirido y el servicio fue rápido y muy bueno, sin costo adicional.

Walked in and we knew exactly what we wanted. The person at the cash register help us and was very knowledgeable.
