I like the Quality of merchandise. And the experience with Customer service at this store was awesome. I bought more than I intended too, but I just really enjoyed Becky and Nancy!

The sales associates were fully present with me as their customer without seeming distracted or bored. Friendly and knowledgeable without pressuring me, and when I had questions they (I dealt with the door/line holder and a sales associate) answered them pleasantly - like Goldilocks - not too much, not too little, just right.

Although a sales associate wasn’t immediately available, my family and I were invited to wait in the store until one became available. Once greeted by an associate in store, the service was great and the transaction was quick and friendly.

Margaret N was very helpful and very friendly in showing us the available selection of park exclusive charms. My mom and I are big collectors of Pandora and always make a point to stop by a store near us!
