I had an incredible experience at Pansies yesterday! The associate Melanie talked with manager to help me exchange an item that was too small for me. They provided AMAZING customer service and because of that I ended up purchasing several more items.

The door opened and greeted right at10:00 am. Immediately escorted to the case I inquired about. Enthusiastic showing different charms.

I want to buy the whole store hehe!
