I went in the store to look for a gift for my mom. I told what the clerk what she was interested in and she got me exactly the charm my mom was looking for.

Sales associate David R no. 200906 was extremely friendly and patient with all the questions and concerns that I had. He didn’t rush us at all and was very genuine. Would love to see him next time I visit as well

First and foremost that staff (especially Tiffany and I believe her name was Betty)were extremely kind, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. Tiffany helped us find everything we were looking for and more! Although I didn’t like one of the staff members hovering over her, making her nervous and us uncomfortable , even though she was doing an excellent job. Even though the line to get in was over an hour and a half long, we could see that the staff were doing their absolutely best to help everyone especially with the sale. It was worth the wait! Thank you!!
