Product is always outstanding however wanted a 70 charm for my sister in law 70 birthday but none 😞

They had the merchandise I was looking for. I was able to get a free bag which was very nice. I was able to look at other charms and decided to purchase two additional items that I had not planned on but was very pleased with.

I went in to purchase a gift for my niece in FL and a bracelet for myself, i was greeted by this very knowledgeable young lady by the name of Kaitlyn S in the Manchester NH store she was super patient and asked questions to understand my needs and wants. She told me about promotions going on and suggested beautiful charms that i ended up buying and i am very satisfied with, store was tidy clean and manager on site was also very helpful. The saler was extra friendly, she asked what I was looking for, she helped me find everything I needed and she also gave me recommendations. I told her that I was shopping for a gift, and she offered me a gift receipt in case the person would like to exchange.

The sales associate greeted us the moment we walked in the store. She asked what we were shopping for, I told her a gift for my mom for my wedding something rose gold. She immediately created a personalized display of exactly what I was looking for. She helped me try different pieces on to make sure the size would be correct. She wrapped my purchase beautifully so much so that I don’t have to lift a finger on my wedding day I can just give my mother her beautiful gift! This was the third jewelry store we visited that day and by far the most helpful sales associate!

The sales staff was very friendly and helpful in deciding what looked best in what I was buying!

I love going there the staff is always so kind…. I am so sad tho… I put the spacer bead directly on to my bracelet and by the time I got home it was gone and nowhere to be found
