I had purchased 3 items a day before a sale. The associate was kind enough to do a price adjustments even though they aren’t supposed to.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I was very easily able to find the perfect ring for my girlfriend and I got her two pairs of earrings to go with the ring and got one pair for free! The sales associate was knowledgeable and very welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and I’d recommend this store to anyone!

The sales associate took the time to listen to me about what I wanted. She took the time to make suggestions and to straighten my bracelet.

I was shopping for Valentine charms as advertised from a TV promotion. The sales associate knew right away the items I was speaking about and brought me right to the display case.

I went to the mall of New Hampshire in Manchester and I wish I could remember the girls name I worked with, but she was SUPER helpful with helping me find the perfect gift for my best friend. Emily J was the other sales associate helping me out and they were both super sociable and made the whole experience very laid back and comforting. AND they both helped me find the ring I was looking for in store, online and then proceeded to help me with the purchase to have it shipped to my home! Absolutely love Pandora and their associates!
