I had a problem with a bracelet I purchased on another visit and she remembered me as soon as I walked into the store. She was very friendly and explained what could had happened to the bracelet and offered me different options to help. I'm very pleased and happy with the results. I didn't asked for her name but she was the one who sold me the bracelet in a previous visit to this store. In both visits I was very pleased with the way the retail store personnel treated me and helped me trough the process. Thank you.

So happy that Pandora has a bracelet that older beads can slide on and can use your older beads . My older beads were stripped and could not use the bracelet that needs the beads to be screwed on . Love it thank you
