I bought a piece for my daughter who was with me without her knowing. The sales person was great about keeping it from her. My only problem was they didn’t have a piece I wanted.

Our associate was Katie.. she was very friendly and helpful. My daughter was having trouble opening her clasp, Katie showed us an option on a keyring made for opening the bracelet, she also gave us information on why the dividers are important on her bracelet. Katie was extremely helpful. you are very Lucky to have her as an associate.

I received my Pandora bracelet as a gift. It broke within a few hours of wearing at. The return was so smooth and easy.

Your staff was friendly, professional, safe, kept a positive atmosphere in a difficult covid climate. They were helpful, understood what we were looking for and made sure to take care of us quickly and comfortably. The ladies did their best to maintain social distance, they were able to help me replace a chain I broke at home, find a new charm and earrings. I felt very safe in the store.

My sales person Jema was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations for this purchase and for a future purchase. She was friendly and didn’t pressure us to make an additional purchase today. I will definitely return to see her!
