We had come in to purchase a wedding band for my fiancee and while we were there she thought to look for a new ring for her right hand to replace on she is growing unhappy with, not one of yours btw. Jema was extremely helpful in walking her through choices and offering advice. While we were there my fiancee asked to have her engagement ring looked at, something seemed off with the band. Jema found the issue and also found that the main stone was about to fall out. She offered to exchange it under warranty as it was purchased last August. The whole experience was fantastic and not time consuming at all. Love shopping here!

During this pandemic, it's especially important to me that the staff as well as myself is safe and I think the staff did a great job! Purchasing products was so simple too! Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions.
