Our sales clerk, Fatima A, was extremely pleasant and made our shopping experience very easy.

I called on the phone to find out which charms they had of the ones on my list. She was very helpful and put them aside do my husband could just pickup at the store quickly.

Went in to get something for my girlfriend sense I am a guy didn’t know much what to look for. The lady there helped me out to pick out what I needed and what most girls like and would go for. Family has been getting stuff from there for a while and I was not disappointed.

Sales associate, Helia J, was very helpful. She was able to locate the items I was looking for very quickly. I was in and out in a few minutes, very satisfied.

While at this Pandora a friend of mine had a medical emergency and the two girls on staff were very professional and calm and were able to call for medical help and helped me keep my friend awake and conscious which helped me stay calm during the experience. This has nothing to do with their selling but the fact that they went above and beyond during a crisis was helpful and I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally.

I was able to get personalized help and suggestions based on the type of piece I was looking for. The sales associate was friendly, and knowledge. She made suggestions for coordinating pieces, to the necklace I had chosen to purchase.

The sales clerk was so helpful. We showed her what we were interested in, and she was more than helpful with showing things we might like to go with it.
