Awesome Customer Service! Great Price and Value for the Item I purchased.

I appreciated the help from the associate and the assistant manager took the time and was very respectful and patient.

It was easy to exchange my charm (which was the wrong size) for another charm to fit my bracelet. I was interested in exchanging for another Disney charm which I could see both trays and easy to shop. Also, interested in the rose gold charms, which they pulled out after shopping for the Disney charm.

I love everything from pandora and always I recommend to my friends e family...

We dealt with the store manager, and she was highly knowledgeable and super friendly. She knew that I loved Disney and made sure to show me all of the new and also retiring pieces. She was great.

Fatima was very friendly and took the time to help my family and I find the perfect buy for the ring and earring sale. The time she spent with us and we even closed the store and she was extremely patient and took the time.

When I came in Emily J asked right away if she can assist me. She was very pleasant and I wanted to purchase the letter c that goes on a bracelet but I wanted it on a neckless. She showed me various neckless to choose and I love the way it look on it. I ended purchasing 2 of both as I have twin granddaughter, they loved it and was also happy with the rings I purchased a few month before. Great customer service by Emily J, I will diffidently be back around the holiday. Also started a CC per her suggestion and received 10% off my purchase and gift bags. Great experience there.

Everything was displayed well, bright and appealing look in store overall. The woman who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. She saw some of the styles I was looking at and recommended one they'd just gotten which is what I ended up with.
