I had a charm that was broken and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get a new one. I went into the store to and someone greeted me right away and asked if I needed any help. I showed her the charm and the receipt for purchase, she was able to replace the charm right away and it didn’t cost anything. She also informed me that I had another year long warranty on the charm.

Sara V was Awesome! Sara was friendly, polite, patient, and extremely helpful while assisting me in making a selection for a good friend and my Mom. Sara was engaged and in the moment during our conversation and sales experience. Sara did an Outstanding Job and was highly knowledgeable of the product. The store itself was clean and comfortable to walk through and the other sales associate was helpful and engaging as well. I left the store with a huge Smile on my Face! Awesome Job Sara V!!!
