I returned a defective bracelet and received a replacement. The sales associate was very helpful.

I found a few beautiful pieces to add to my bracelet and it was an early birthday gift to myself.

This location is always so clean and organized every time I shop here! The employees are extremely nice and always know what they’re talking about! Every time I’m stuck or have a question about anything they always give great feedback. Despite having to wait a bit because of so many people in the store, I still was highly satisfied with their customer service and cleanliness overall!

I walked out of the store 100 percent happy and lately that is rare due to lack of customer service everyone in this store went above and beyond thank you all so much
