Sara was excellent-very passionate about her work. She knows the product well and was very helpful. I purchased more than I intended as it was a fun and engaging experience; reminded me of why I fell in love with Pandora in the first place; a fun shopping experience! Store was very busy but associates were helpful and greeted all shoppers upon entry. I was treated to a free gift with my purchase and it made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I felt like the store team listened to my story and understood my needs and went above and beyond to add to my upcoming vacation so I can travel with my jewelry in style. It was a lovely gesture and it made me want to shop there again. The service in this store has improved tremendously and the new team is delightful to shop with-even on a busy day before Valentines Day. I was not rushed and I felt important. Really a great experience and Sara should be applauded for her passion.

When you enter a pandora store the merchandise always seem to look amazing under the lighting. Naturally I was nervous it wouldn’t look the same out in public or my home. I was totally wrong, it still looks as amazing on my girlfriends finger as it did in the store!

Soon entering the store we were quickly approached by a sales associate and asked if needed help. Associate new every last detail about the merchandise we were shopping for, as well as all the prices as well.

I was waited on promptly by a salesperson who knew her products. She offered several categories of product to help me narrow down my choices. She then provided a side by side comparison, so that I could make a final decision. I am happy with the shopping experience.

When I arrived at your store in Manchester, NH there were 4 sales associates, I believe. One of them greeted me right away and asked if I needed assistance. She wasn't pushy, but let me know that she was there if I needed any assistance. Once I decided what I wanted to purchase, she was very helpful, professional and friendly. It is nice to go into a store and receive this kind of service as it seems hard to find these days. Either you can't find someone to assist you or you do and they really don't care to help. Great job Pandora!
