I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I was asked if I needed assistance, and when I did to simply let the associate know. The staff on site was very welcoming for a hectic time of year.

Great customer service throughout. Our sales associate was so helpful and patient! We bought way more than we were going to and honestly it was because she was so helpful and attentive and made the experience very quick and enjoyable without any pressure to purchase. We returned the next day to purchase a bracelet and charm for my mother in law.

I had merchandise held for pick up. The store was clean nd the associate was pleasant and showed me other items I had questions about. She also explained the return policy as I purchased Christmas gifts!
