I was highly satisfied in my visit because when I arrived there was plenty of staff available and all ready to help me. I came in with exactly what I wanted in mind and I was on a bit of a time constriction due to my job. Staff was willing to locate and ring my up all very fast. They were very understanding of my situation and helpful. Staff also maintained and positive and happy attitude while helping me. Thank you all!

The sales associate knew exactly what I wanted, made a recommendation and knew exactly where to look. I was in and out. I've never visited or purchased anything from Pandora before and I was very pleased.

I understand help is hard to find nowadays but when 2 people are standing at the same case to buy something...it would be nice if you could multi-task instead of making the other person wait until the other transaction is complete! I would of picked out my ring cashed out n been gone before the other guy even made a decision on the charm he was going to get on the bracelet!!!

I was satisfied, I just hoped they had a blue marble pandora ring for $50, that’s all. I did love the ring I purchased but I was hoping for a less value. 😭😭

What I had originally wished to purchase was not in-stock even though it said in stock on your web site.

Everything was wonderful,except I have yet to receive my online receipt!!
