I was satisfied but i dont live in the area, was just visiting

The ring that I got was beautiful when I first bought it yesterday and now it’s already rusting and turning brown, I’m not sure if it was already like this prior to purchase because I didn’t get a good look at it before they packaged it up and charged me for it.

I love Pandora, I collect Disney charms. I was excited to be able to purchase the new Avengers bracelet and charms. I was a little disappointed to learn the Mandalorian charm was sold out as it was a limited release. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was in stock and predicting what will sell out fast.

I came in to exchange a ring and that process was fine. What was upsetting is that I received a pair of earring studs for Christmas and misplaced a backing. I purchased non-Pandora backings and they continuously fall off. I’ve actually lost and then found my earring several times. I asked if I could purchase a Pandora backing so that I don’t lose my earring. And the sales associate said that you’re not allowed to purchase or have any other Pandora backings. For the amount of money you spend on jewelry I would think that they would have an option of purchasing the Pandora backings that fit the earrings the best.

Store was roped off, felt very closed in. Emily the ASM is very friendly and likes her job.

Buying a couple charms in remembrance of my husband. Haven't been in a great mood lately.

Unfortunately, I was not allowed to see all the charms clearly because I was told she couldn't take the rack out. There was to much glare to see them all as well as read the inscriptions. Looking at the rack I would have been able to leave the store much faster and not be late.

Everything was good, excellent service.
